The handicap may be a lingering around a frankly disappointing 23, but we can always try to put a better gloss on things by imagining how we might play the course if firing on all cylinders. Which is, of course, the principle of an eclectic. And here is my eclectic card for Chilworth golf course, counting rounds played since the beginning of October 2013. I wonder how long it will take to achieve a level par round? If ever, I suppose.
